Skyler Jackson - Exterior Shade Manager

Skyler is a veteran of the window covering business and can do just about every part of the business with ease. He started his blind related career as an installer at Jacksons Shade Company and worked there for over 12 years. We were then lucky enough to have him join our team and he hasn’t looked back since. With over 16 years of installation, product, and sales experience, Skyler is a valuable member of the management staff and keeps his team running like a Swiss watch. 

When he’s not at work, Skyler plays hard in the mountains adventuring on his snowmobile in the winter and his motorcycle in the summer. 

Mandy Sallee - Account Executive

As an account executive, you have to really be on the ball to keep current customers happy and to entice prospective customers to purchase our products and services. We are lucky to have Mandy because she is exactly that and so much more. She has a deep background in customer service and outside sales having dedicated part of her career to working in the medical field, eighteen years to be exact. Seven of which as an office manager. Her problem solving skills are unmatched and she jumps at a challenge. As all good salespeople have to be, she is a charismatic “people person” and takes pride in serving customers.

While not at work, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family camping and hiking the great trails of Idaho. 

Jake Allen - Exterior Shade Installer

Jake’s installation experience spans decades and is an absolute essential member of our team. He takes great pride in his craftsmanship and always goes the extra mile when it comes to helping a client achieve their goals. He is an Idaho native and is close with his family who all live locally as well. He enjoys soccer in local leagues (see, always a team player!) and spends winters snowmobiling Idaho’s scenic hills. 

Brian Tate - Exterior Shade Installer

Brian may not have as many years under his belt as Jake, but what he may lack in experience, he more than makes up for in dedication and passion for his work. He has a wide variety of skills in his background that make him able to tackle nearly any challenge in the field. He has an eye for details and his service to customers is unrivaled. 

While not at work, he loves spending time with his wife and two children hosting BBQ’s, camping, and exploring our beautiful wilderness.
